GLAN, Sarangani (January 21, 2013) - Participants of the Janury 17-19 Indigenous Learning Survival Camp held at Tangan Integrated School in barangay Datal Bukay learn friction fire lighting with bamboo. The old or the dry bamboos are rubbed against each other abrasively in order to start a fire. The Quality Education for Sarangani Today (QUEST), a pilot program of the governor’s office, conducted the training participated in by representative-teachers from the different municipalities of the province.
