Vice Gov. Solon welcomes IPs at session hall

ALABEL, Sarangani (November 9, 2012) – Vice Governor Steve Chiongbian Solon (left) and the whole Sangguniang Panlalawigan (SP) welcome the fulongs (leaders) of indigenous people (IP) during the regular session of the SP Tuesday, November 6. The IP sector had scheduled to visit SP in relation to the IP mandatory representation in the Sanggunian. SP members are positive of the proposal and assured that appropriate processes shall be followed before the installation of an IP representative.
