Medical mission team at highest peak in region

MALAPATAN, Sarangani (October 28, 2012) – Dr. Roel Cagape (5th from left) and his team of volunteers composed of rescuers from Malapatan-LGU, Dominican priest Fr. Joemar Sibug (6th from left) who conducted the blessing rites for the health centers, Indigenous People's Development Program worker Shalom Somblingo (7^th from left) and Sarangani Information Office personnel pose for a souvenir photo upon reaching the highest mountainous peak in the region after three hours of climbing 45-degree to 50-degree slopes from sitio Kikong. The team was on its way to sitio Ulo Fitam to inaugurate another of Dr. Cagape's "E-Text si Doc Health Center” on Wednesday, October 24. Ulo Fitam means "head of the black water” in Blaan.
