ALABEL, Sarangani (December 5, 2012) - School head Leo Lecita (left) awards a certificate of appreciation to engineer Kits Clemente of SMART Communications during a gift-giving activity Wednesday, December 5, at Tagaytay Integrated School situated in the far-flung sitio Ihan, barangay Datal Anggas. SMART distributed school bags each loaded with school supplies, umbrellas and also provided food for the 333 elementary pupils and high school students. The gift-giving was facilitated by the Provincial Governor’s Office through its Quality Education for Sarangani Today program and the Sarangani Information Office.
