MALAPATAN, Sarangani (April 22, 2014) – Governor Steve Chiongbian Solon meets a beneficiary of the TARA (Transformative Action thru Reaching-out Activities) sa Barangay Program during the foundation anniversary of barangay Daan Suyan Monday, April 21. The TARA sa Barangay Program rendered medical check-up, prenatal check-up, operation tuli (in partnership with the AFP), hair grooming, dental services, Philhealth registration, family planning, information and education campaign on health promotion and many others.
