MAASIM, Sarangani (October 30, 2011) – Acting Governor Steve Chiongbian Solon expresses his gratitude to all partners especially the Bantay Bata 163 of ABS-CBN for their support and services to far flung areas of the province in the conduct of community outreach and Bantay Bata 163 Caravan 2011 at sitio Blat Elementary School, Amsipit.
